About the Plaster from Stucco Wall
At Stucco Wall, we offer a range of innovative flooring solutions suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Our products are ideal for balconies, terraces, and other areas where humidity can rise through the screed when isolated correctly. All our floor finishes are seamless, eliminating the need for interruptions typically required by the screed on large surfaces.
Our Flooring Finishes
We provide three main types of finishes, each with multiple effect options:
Each of these finishes requires a 3 to 4-day application cycle to complete.
Pastellone is a cement and acrylic binder-based finish that resembles Marmorino but is more aesthetically pleasing. Unlike microcement, which contains quartz, Pastellone uses marble dust and grit, giving it a more refined appearance. It is 1.5 to 2 mm thick and available in any color.
Application: It is applied in three coats. The first coat must be dry before applying the second, and the third is applied wet on wet. The top coat can be finished with oil and wax or polyurethane varnish.
Suitability: Ideal for private homes, but not recommended for high-traffic public places.
Reinforced Pastellone
Description: Similar to Pastellone but uses epoxy resin instead of acrylic resin, providing greater resistance to abrasion and compression. It also offers excellent water repellency, requiring only a coat of water-repellent and wax for an excellent final treatment.
Application: Suitable for all environments, including high-traffic areas. It requires a solid, non-friable substrate like tiles or a new screed.
Effects : Can achieve various effects, including smooth finishes, spatula effect, cloudy two-tone colors, 3D surfaces, and glitter.
Magnesium-Based Finishes
Description: This category includes Terrazzo (Venetian Terrazzo) and Eco-Seminato (Sowned). These 100% organic, ecological materials are harder than concrete and marble and can be polished to a marble-like finish.
Application : Applied in a single coat. Magnesite flooring is used in hangars for military tanks due to its resistance to metal tracks. Venetian Terrazzo can be created with a thickness of only 8 mm, and Eco-Seminato can be done with grains of 2 or 3 mm.
Suitability : Ideal for creating stunning floors with marble, glass, or mother of pearl aggregates. Suitable for high-traffic areas and provides a natural, eco-friendly alternative to traditional materials.
Description: A waterproof and strongly adhesive putty, perfect for critical points like shower trays and drains. It resembles Pastellone and Marroko soul and is ideal for high-humidity areas like Turkish baths or Moroccan Hammams.
Application: Applied like Marmorino, with a recommended final treatment of polyurethane varnish. The material is in powder form and mixed with water before use.
Pot Life: About 5-6 hours.
Marroko Soul
Description: A perfected version of the traditional Moroccan lime-based stucco, used in hammams and external walls. It includes an acrylic resin-based binder, allowing it to adhere well to plaster and plasterboard.
Application: Applied in three layers, similar to Marmorino, and mixed with water before use. The final treatment can be done with soap or a specialized shower plaster for better water resistance.
Colour System All products can be colored in virtually any shade. We provide dye paste toners to be mixed with our materials at the time of use. Colors are selected using NCS or RAL color books. Toner prices vary based on color intensity, ranging from 7 to 40 euros, with some cases exceeding this range. Note: Some vibrant colors are not recommended for exterior applications.
